Hale & Hearty Highlights: May App Update

We are constantly working on improving the Hale & Hearty service, with the true focus being on delivering our customers the best health and wellbeing knowledge base and app on the market. In order to achieve this extraordinary goal we are working very hard to implement the right features and provide customers with the most intuitive experience. This month we already completed some important work for the app and we are focused on adding in some new features as well as you will notice below.

Completed detailed prototypes of the Hale & Hearty app

Our team is working very hard to bring the Hale & Hearty app to fruition and provide customers with the best possible experience. This month we managed to take an important step forward, since we already completed detailed prototypes for both the basic and advanced version of the app. This makes it easier to bring the app into full production.

We completed a Data Protection Impact Assessment on the app

We believe it’s very important to ensure that you are always safe and your data is protected in the online world. That’s why we performed a very comprehensive data protection impact assessment. This is important for us, since we want to assure every user that their data is safe and only used for the purposes intended.

Updating the prototypes

We are hard at work updating the prototypes based on the designs. We are always listening to our customers and their preferences. In fact, the Hale & Hearty team puts customers at the heart of everything we do, which is why we always focus on getting insights from you and ensure that end-users appreciate the results.

Working on the gamification engine

We are just starting work on a new gamification engine for the Hale & Hearty app. We believe it’s very important to encourage people to use the app, and integrating rewards and other game-like activities and objectives is a natural approach for our team. It’s also a great thing for customers that want to constantly use the app and find new incentives and rewards.

Working on new brand names

At this time we are also trying to find new brand names, and we are in full creative mode in this regard. We are also testing these new brand names with customers to see the reception and what they are thinking about. Of course, we are also accepting suggestions.
