Hale and Hearty App Survey March 2022 Results

Hale & Hearty has always been focused on bringing the best app to market and constant user testing is critical to this. We ran a recent survey last month on the Irish Independent to gather live feedback.

92% of our respondents were very excited about the project and the app name. They thought it fitted our concept and ideas very well. On top of that, our users were very happy with the functionality of the website and the fact it’s super easy to adapt to their needs. During the survey, 86% of respondents ranked the concept either excellent or very good, a sign that not only are we on the right track, but that we are actively offering a solution that many people have been asking for quite some time. 83.2% of respondents also believe that the design we chose is either excellent or very good. Since user experience is extremely important for us, we are excited to see that customers enjoying the app.

76.7% of respondents understood the service very well. When it comes to the product or service comments, users liked the service as a whole.

84% of respondents were very comfortable sharing their step data anonymously, since they understand how this information is very relevant and can actually help them in the long run. On top of that, 87% of respondents were happy with sharing this information at a town level.

During this survey, we learnt that 60% of respondents are using fitness wearables. Additionally, 69% of the respondents think that apps can have a very positive impact when it comes to improving their health naturally. The survey also showed us that 82% of the respondents were very comfortable with the idea of having a phase 2 of the app which constantly tracks their BMI and weight.

When it comes to additional features as to what users would like to see in the app yoga, calorie tracking and high intensity activity boosts were all suggested.

We were very happy to receive so many comments and information as all of this will help improve the app and make it the best that it can be. It’s an incredibly important solution for us and we are excited to see that customers have a lot of interest in it and in the features that it can bring to the table.
